Holding Managing Director, CEO, and Operations Director positions, he has a proven track record in scaling operations, managing full P&L, and delivering results in sectors including aerospace, medical, and industrial electronics.
Dean brings an experienced perspective to leadership, combining deep industry knowledge with firsthand insight into customer needs. His vision ensures that Agile Circuit Technology Group remains focused on excellence, agility, and customer-centric innovation.
Mark Aitken,
Chief Operating Officer
Mark brings over 30 years of experience across a variety of manufacturing sectors, with a strong track record in business transformation, strategic leadership, and operational as well as P&L performance.
As Group COO, Mark is responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across the group. He plays a pivotal role in aligning the operations of both Active-PCB Solutions and Garner Osborne Circuits, maintaining their unique strengths while identifying synergies and shared strategies to enhance customer value and business performance.
His leadership continues to shape the group’s strategic direction and reinforce its commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Michelle Kirk,
Chief People Officer
Michelle Kirk is Head of People at Garner Osborne Circuits, where she steers people strategy, employee engagement, and organisational development.
With over a decade of expertise in HR leadership across high-growth and purpose-driven sectors, she champions inclusive culture, performance coaching and strategic people initiatives.
As Group Chief People Officer, Michelle is passionate about unlocking organisational potential and fostering a values-led, high-performing workplace, blending people-first thinking with data-driven decision-making.
Malcolm Millar,
Chief Financial Officer
Malcolm joined the Group with our acquisition of Active-PCB Solutions Ltd, where he was Chief Financial Officer. His expertise in financial planning and resource management covers a broad range of industries and sectors, as manager, investor, adviser and accountant, starting his career with PwC.
Going forward, Malcolm ensures financial stability and operational efficiency, securing the Group’s ability to invest in cutting-edge technology and maintain industry-leading standards.
David Riddle,
Chief Commercial Officer
David Riddle is an experienced commercial leader, having grown up on manufacturing shop floors in the instrumentation space, he has spent much of his career working in the life safety industry with fire and gas detection and protection solutions.
He has worked across global regions, in numerous key market areas and brings key experience in bringing go-to-market strategies to bear in building sustainable growth.
David is responsible for Group Business Development, Account Management and Marketing.
